What kind of payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards; We also accept PayPal; PayPal allows you to pay securely with your PayPal account. 

 

Can I modify or cancel my order?

All orders can be modified up 24 hours upon placing order, for any changes needed email artisticcollects@gmail.com with your order number.

 

How do I know what size to order?

Please refer to the sizing chart available here. If you still need a bit of guidance contact us at artisticcollects@gmail.com for sizing help. 

 

Do you restock items that sell out ?

Yes all out of stock items will be replenished to ensure we are meeting the demands of our valued customers. 

 

How do I check the status of my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation via email when your order has been processed and shipped, this email will contain a tracking number which you can use to track the status of your order online.

 

What kind of shipping options do you offer?

The shipping options we offer are the following:

Standard shipping (3-5 business days)

-Canada orders $4.99

Do you accept custom orders ?

Yes we do custom orders depending on the request, please fill out the custom design form and we will be in touch!

 

What is your refund/exchange policy?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please review your order and selections carefully before placing the order. Exchanged items must be unused, in original packaging, and with original garment tags still attached, they should be sent back to us within 14 days from purchase date.
